Are You
Ready for Growth?
Imagine what your life will be like when you have a clear understanding of the thoughts that are holding you back.
At the end of this challenge you will have clarity on how your thinking patterns are preventing you from having the confidence to show up, be seen, and be in control of your life.
What's Inside
The 5 Day Challenge:

Community
The comfort of other sober women in sharing your progress through the challenge. A like minded support system makes it easier to reach your goals.

Healing
For sober women, healing happens in a variety of forms. Our bodies take a huge hit during active addiction as well as our thoughts and emotions.

Growth
By making yourself a priority, you strengthen your self-confidence 'muscles' moving you closer to the successful changes you want.
A Day-By-Day
What You'll Learn:

DAY ONE: The reasons for negative thoughts
Monday, January 25th at 12:00pm Eastern/9 Pacific we will kick off this challenge by showing you the most common reasons people struggle with negative thoughts. It will be so helpful to see you aren't the only one struggling with these patterns and to identify which one is your go to reason.

DAY TWO: Types of negative thinking
Tuesday, January 26th at 12:00pm Eastern/9 Pacific. Now that you have a clear understanding of why these thoughts occur, it's time to reflect on what types of thoughts you have. Self-awareness is the key to changing thinking patterns so figuring out your style is the task of this day.

DAY THREE: Identifying your negative thoughts
Wednesday, January 27th at 12:00pm Eastern/9 Pacific. After you have discovered the why and types of negative thinking it's time for you to identify your own thought patterns. The goal of identifying your own negative thoughts is for you to connect them with how you are being held back in your life.

DAY FOUR: Taking a thought inventory
Thursday, January 28th at 12:00pm Eastern/9 Pacific. Most of the time our distorted thinking patterns are rooted in irrational fear. Often we have never considered this process before, so this day will be a huge eye opener.

DAY FIVE: Focus on your strengths and positive people
Friday, January 29th at 12:00pm Eastern/9 Pacific. For many recovering women it seems natural to focus on the negative. Not today, you are going to identify not only your personal strengths but also people in your life who are good for you and will reinforce the growth you are experiencing. You don't need multiple steps initially to elevate your life beyond recovery.
Your Guide
Hi, I'm Shelby.
You’ve fought hard to get and stay sober and you don’t want to stop there! ❤️
You want the emotional sobriety you have heard about from other women. But sometimes it can be confusing, overwhelming and scary to know how to do “the work” that will get you there.
I have been there. 18 years ago I found myself in a heap of legal trouble that could have cost me my entire professional career, my family and my dignity, but all I knew how to do was lie and explain my way out of it. After treatment, working the steps of recovery, building new relationships and lots of therapy I got sober too.
But after my first sober bottom at 4 years of sobriety, I knew there was more work to be done. I knew I had to find true serenity and move from fear to confidence. As a licensed therapist and a sober woman I can share the ways I did that with my community of sober women like they were taught to me, with a few special twists!
This 5-Day challenge is the beginning of that transformation for you.
